Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern your use of mikomikonails.com and any purchase you make from Miko Miko Nails Studio ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Because every set is individually handcrafted, please allow for slight artistic variation between product photos and the finished piece — this is part of the handmade nature of our products.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD unless you select another display currency; your bank may apply its own conversion rate.
• Promotions such as "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" apply automatically at checkout; the lowest-priced eligible item is discounted.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example due to suspected fraud or stock errors), with a full refund issued.
• Payment is processed securely by third-party providers; we never store your card details.

3. Production & Shipping

Each set is hand-finished to order and typically dispatched within 48 hours. Express line delivery to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia usually takes 7–10 business days with door-to-door tracking. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; customs processing in the destination country may add time. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

4. Perfect Fit Guarantee

If you used our Sizing Calculator and one or two nails do not fit correctly, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will ship replacement individual nail tips free of charge. For hygiene reasons, worn nail sets cannot be returned; unworn, unopened sets may be returned within 14 days of delivery — return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Product Use & Safety

Our adhesive tabs are hypoallergenic, and our resin glue is cosmetic-grade, but individual sensitivities vary. Always perform a patch test — apply a small amount of adhesive to one nail and wait 24 hours before full application. Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if redness, itching, swelling, or irritation occurs. Never apply to damaged, infected, or inflamed nails or cuticles. Keep all products — especially glue and small parts (charms, pearls) — away from children and pets. Our products are not intended for use by children under 12. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper application or removal contrary to our published instructions.

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

7. Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We declare shipments accurately and cannot mark parcels as gifts or under-declare value.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — designs, photography, text, and branding — is the property of Miko Miko Nails Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission. "Miko Miko" is used by us as a brand for handcrafted nail products and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any other brand, marketplace, or entertainment property of a similar name.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@mikomikonails.com and allow at least 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns are resolved at this stage.
